New Crushing Equipment

The company has added new crushing equipment to its fleet to meet project and client requirements. The new fleet boosts equipment as follows.

The high-mobility QJ241 Sandvik Jaw Crusher purchased in 2023 can produce 5-20 tons per hour of crushed material. It is the most compact unit, leading a series of jaw crushers produced by Sandvik. This machine has an extended main conveyor which can be hydraulically raised or lowered, making it the ideal solution for the company's productive quarry operators. Specifically designed for smaller operations, it can achieve impressive production rates with an excellent reduction ratio.

We have a Sandvik QH332 self-tracked Racked Hydro Cone Crusher, which is designed for versatility, safety, and high performance.  The crusher comes with several features to ensure maximum uptime and minimum operator intervention and the capacity to produce 220 mtph (242 stph).

A Chieftain 2100 X 3 Deck Screening Plant designed for medium to large-scale operations. With a potential output of 660 tph (661 US tph), this machine is suitable for the company to produce large volumes of high-specification crushed products. With its adjustable stroke, angle, and speed the screenbox features an operator can have the unit operational in minutes.

It also has a new Power Screen Trakpactor 320SR with an output capacity of 320tph. Its redesigned key enhancements ensure excellent reduction and high consistency of product shape. It features a screen and recirculating (SR) conveyor which returns oversized products to the crusher for further reduction.  The plant also features a quick-detach post-screen section which converts it to a standard Trakpactor 320 unit.
