ASPHALT Batch Plant

Aiming to provide top-of-the-range and complete road construction solutions, R&Sons Construction has installed an Aimix Asphalt Batching Plant which can produce 80 tons of asphalt per/hour (80tph).  

The plant is equipped with a state-of-the-art control system, which allows for precise control of the production process and ensures consistent quality of the asphalt mix.

Upholding its environmental commitments, the company has ensured the plant is designed to be environmentally friendly, with features such as dust collection systems, which help to minimize emissions and reduce the environmental impact of asphalt production.

With the added advantage of the plant's capability to produce large quantities of high-quality asphalt quickly and efficiently, the company is now capable of delivering both bitumen and asphalt road surfaces.

Asphalt Paving Machine

Complementing the asphalt plant the company has added asphalt paving equipment. The new fleet includes;

• 1 Two Drum STR50C-8 roller;
• 1 Two Drum STR100C-8C roller;
• 1 Lovol 754-B Tractor with sweeper;
• 1 Multi-Tire Sany SPR160C-8 roller; and
• 1 SSP90C-8 Multifunctional Paver.

The SSP90C-8 Multifunctional Paver machine has over 800 t/h paving capacity under all conditions and is second to none in the industry.  With 50 cm paving thickness, the machine can realize the paving and molding of two layers of stable soils at one time and improve working efficiency by 50%. It also has a strong continuous working capacity to ensure the non-stop working requirements under 50 ℃ temperature.
