R & SONS was incorporated as a Civil Engineering company by a group of professional Engineers and Accountants. One of the aims was to ensure the company had the capacity to provide Civil Engineers and Project Managers to other construction projects requiring such expertise.

The company is now renowned for providing such manpower expertise and equipment to many projects in the country. This has also assisted the company to venture into other areas including construction and supervision of bridge building, water supply projects, culverts and gabion walls and dam construction. The company also has a sizable fleet of equipment that can be hired by contractors on a needs basis.
